Purchase a Home or Land with Lease to Own

If you desire to own your own home but are unable to secure conventional financing because of bad credit, or no credit.. then you may want to consider the lease to own approach.  

You may just simply hate having to take out a large loan and you would rather put a down payment and make payments. It doesnt matter your reason Im here to help you.

Lease to Own is perfect way to make your money work for you and in the long run you will own your own home or land.

In order to work with you I at least have to have $5k to $20k down.. depending on the property. If you have a larger amount thats great..this simply lowers your monthly payment.
